We offer training packages for puppies and older dogs.
2 free 60 min. Training sessions with each puppy/dog adopted from Karemy Labs. We recommend that you
use these training sessions when a problem arises with the training or behavior of the puppy. If you training goes
smoothly then you can use the training sessions for teaching them a trick or explore the possibility of competing in an
AKC event like the CGC, obedience, show, or hunting competitions.
AKC Star Puppy/ Basic Training Class- for the Pack Level 1 class
Cost: $120 (plus $5 fee payable to AKC to receive your Star Puppy Certificate)
Get your puppy/ dog off on the right start with lessons that encourage good behaviors, avoid unacceptable ones, all the while helping you establish
a strong bond with your new arrival. For puppies 7 weeks and older. AKC Star Puppy Certificate of completion earned and eligible for enrolment
into the AKC Star Puppy Program or CGC certificate . Course length: 6 weeks. Lesson 6 is an extra long class as we will be taking the AKC
Star Puppy test after class. Key topics the class will include:

Canine Good Citizen Preparation Training Class Level 2 class

Well here is a great opportunity. We offer lessons that encourage good behavior and avoid unacceptable behavior all the while helping you
establish a strong bond with your canine companion. For dogs/ puppies 5 months and older. You will receive a certificate of completion &
possibly earning the CGC title/certificate. This program is open to pure & mixed breeds. Course length: 6 weeks. Week 6 plan on staying longer
for the CGC test. It is an easy pet friendly test. Let everyone know that your dog is a Canine Good Citizen. Key topics to be covered in the
classes include:
We will be working on skills to take the Canine Good Citizen test. It is not necessary to take the test but it is encouraged. The classes will start
here at our home, but there will be a few field trips to practice our skills with distractions. Class price:$120 for 6 lessons and a test. Bring a friend
and receive a $10 discount. Private class price is $180.
Off Leash /Basic Retrieving class- Level 3 class

Class length: 6 weeks
Equipment needed: Whistle, retrieving bumber/ toy, 20 ft leash or electric training collar
This is our level three class and you must have completed and passed the CGC test to take this class. This is a class that teaches your puppy/ dog
to behave well off leash and come back to you when called. We will also be working on basic retrieving skills. Upon completing this class your
dog will have the basic retrieving skills needed to be a gun dog. The last class you will have the option to expose your puppy/ dog to gunfire.

These packages are for puppies from 7weeks to 6 months old. You have many options with our training program. We are most concerned with
helping you and your new puppy get off to a great start and prevent problems before they start. So we can do the training for you before you take
your puppy home, or you can bring them back for training at any time. This training helps make a smooth transition for you and your new family
member in to your home. This is especially good if you have a busy schedule and don't feel that you can put the time into training your puppy.
The package prices are in addition to the cost of your puppy. The entire amount of training must be paid up front before we begin working with
your puppy.
NOTE: We will work very hard with your new puppy, but you need to understand that this is only a start of house training and obedience. You
will need to be consistent and continue the training that we have started. Your puppy is a puppy and developmentally they need time to physically
and mentally mature. Puppies will not be able to hold their bladder and bowels for long periods of time till they are 6 months before they will be
reliable in their house training. This is if you have been consistent in their training. We can't guarantee that your puppy will be totally house trained
or obedience trained when they leave for this is nearly impossible at such a young age. But we will give your puppy the best start!! Labs are very
smart and learn quickly. We use positive reinforcement and encourage positive training when you take your puppy. If you are harsh and negative it
could cause them to revert to unwanted behavior.
Formal Obedience Training-Instructor Kathy Jackson
Formal Obedience & Board 5 week program ($1200) The 5 week training/boarding is for the more polished off dog ready for completion.
The difference between this program and option 1 is that the extra week will be for off leash training. So the dog will be taught to obey commands
with out a leash and training collar on. A one hour introduction and ending training class for the family is required to participate in this program.
The dog will be exposed to a variety of handlers ( male/ female, children/ adults) This is important to be able to transfer what they have learned to
be obedient to more than one handler. It is vial that the beginning and ending training sessions are attended by all who will have regular contact
with the dog to better understand the training that it will be receiving. This fee does not include food, vitamins, medication or any medical fees
associated with the dogs care during this time. See below for a list of commands that will be taught.

- Package 1: Two week Course: Includes basic obedience, and house training. We will work with your puppy on leash training,
commands such as, sit, down, come and other basic commands. We will also, work with crate training, which includes taking the puppy
outside to potty. The price of this two week package is $560, this will include any vaccinations your puppy may need while in training with
us.
Package 2: One week obedience and housebreaking, same training as stated above. The price of this one week course is $280.
While in training, your puppy is separated from its mother and litter mates, so he/she will keep us up during the first few nights, not you. We
also introduce your puppy to short car rides. Now that my children are between 15 and 7, and LOVE the puppies, they are a great help to
us during training doing most of the walking and leash training and the puppies really love to work with them.

- 1) Private Lessons here at the kennel $30/hour (for the whole pack, usually to deal with specific issue)
2) Training while boarding here. $10/ day for training in addition to boarding fee.
3) CGC test only $25 (if you take a class the test is included in the class fee, there is a fee payable to AKC to receive your CGC
certificate)
4)In Home consultations. $40/ hour ( there will be a $.50/ mile travel expense)
